Indexing Unit:
The indexing division is one of the functional units of the college and all other activities revolving around the unit. Is responsible for the indexing of students for the various programmes. Indexing of students involves the profiling of Nursing or Midwifery student’s personal data into the Councils database and ensuring that the student’s qualifications for admission into the programmes is based on approved entry requirements.
Upon completion of the indexing process, students who satisfy all entry requirements are issued unique index numbers which would be used for the Council’s licensing examination.
